001 | How We Onboard New Clients
From inquiry to departure; here is our process.
As business owners, we’re constantly being pulled in every direction - whether it’s tracking payments, posting on social media, or actually servicing our clients. But (in my humble opinion) one of the most important things you can do is have your process dialed in. Why? Because if you want to grow your business, you need repeat and referral clients. It’s a proven fact: it’s easier to convert an existing client than to land a brand new one (plus repeat clients will often spend more + refer you!).
But to earn that repeat and referral business, your clients need to have a great experience - not just on their trip (though that matters too), but also before and after their trip.
I’ll say it until I’m blue in the face: people can book a trip anywhere - Expedia, directly with the hotel, or even with another advisor. So why would they choose you? And keep coming back? Because of your process - and how seamless and enjoyable it is to book with you.
